Abstract

Silingan Panjang Waterfall is one of the waterfalls located in Lamandau District, precisely in Cuhai Village. The role of the community in managing the tourism objects of the Long Silingan Waterfall has so far been passive and not maximal due to the limited knowledge and capabilities possessed by the community in managing a tourist destination. The strategy that must be carried out to manage the Long Silingan Waterfall is to collaborate with the government to review and examine the characteristics of the Long Silingan Waterfall, provide a special team of tourist safety, services, improve access to waterfall access, increase facilities and infrastructure for convenience tourists and increase tourism activities in the Long Silingan Waterfall. This Research Approach uses Qualitative research methods that are descriptive in nature, Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation are then processed using SWOT analysis.
