Abstract
Tourism sector is a sector which can increase revenue for the region. One of tourism purposes nowadays that is being interested by tourist is tour village. In Belitung District, BangkaBelitung island, there is one tourist village that has the potential to be developed namely Seliu island. The method used by researchers in this research is qualitative method by using informants from the Tourist, Seliu island Villager, and the Office of Tourist Belitung District. In collecting data required by the author using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that the author has obtained is then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of the study management in Tourism Village of Seliu Island haven‟t not maximized yet. By analyzing the internal and external environment are obtained strategies then using Litmus test to measure the level of strategic issues based on the scores of existing programs. Based on these results, it is suggested that the strategic programs that have been formulated can be implemented and applied consistently in Tourism Village of Seliu Island. This is done in order to improve management of the Tourism Village of Seliu Island to a better direction.
