Abstract

Nakula Sadewa Edupark is an Education park that fulled by statue, photo angle, mini zoo and swimming pool. This park are located in Magelang Central Java. This research method uses qualitative methods and data analysis using SWOT analysuis, where SWOT analysis is used as a formulation of strategy problems for the identification of various factors strategically based on understanding an object, in order to support the existing problems, the manager should socialize the surrounding community to participate in maintaining cleanliness and not disposing of garbage around the park, but only the managers also carry out specific strategies such as maximizing potential, improving services, maximizing existing technology, creating organizational structures that clearly, ran collaboration with the government to get assistance for the continuation of the park going fordward.
