Abstract

This scientific article explains about tourism destinations that have the potential to be developed to as to bring many of tourist to visit this place. Wisata Alam Kampung Kurcaci is located in Serang Village, Karangreja sub-district, Purbalingga Distric, Central Java. This research was conducted in october 2018 using qualitative research methods and SWOT analysis. Development carried out by the management has not been maximized, many obtacles faced by one of them are Human Resources.
