Abstract

Kertha Gosa Tourism Park is a tourist place in Semarapura, Klungkung Regency which has tourism potential in the form of ancient buildings inherited from the Klungkung Kingdom which are rich in historical value. Kertha Gosa dikeola by the Klungkung Regency Tourism Service. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are used to obtain descriptive data or information about Kertha Gosa. Data collected using interview techniques, observation techniques, triangulation techniques, and data obtained were processed using SWOT analysis with resource persons from managers, communities, and visitors. This study discusses the management of Kertha Gosa, which contains efforts to manage Kertha Gosa in order to compete with the current tourism development paradigm. Kertha Gosa has good potential and supports the development of tourism in Klungkung.
