Abstract

Sagalaherang Subdistrict has a variety of charming natural attractions, one of which is Capolaga Nature Tourism which has been widely known by tourists and has extraordinary natural tourism potential. The purpose of this study was to find out the development strategies carried out in Capolaga Nature Tourism in order to become a leading tourist in Subang Regency. The research method used was descriptive qualitative which was then analyzed using SWOT analysis, to find out the appropriate strategies to be applied. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. In developing Capolaga Nature Tourism, several strategies have to be carried out, including improving accessibility, improving facilities such as trash bins, stairs, walking trails, and cooperating with various parties. That way it can make Nature Tourism Capolaga as one of the leading tourist attractions in Subang, West Java.
