Abstract
The Maima Hot Water Waterfall tourism object is one of the natural tourist destinations in Sigi district of Central Sulawesi Province and has a lot of potential, good and feasible to be developed as a superior destination. The author finds answers from all the problem formulations in this scientific article by using descriptive qualitative methods and by collecting data in the form of observations, questionnaires, interviews and documentation, while data processing uses data reduction, display data, verification and triangulation. From the results of the research using the method above, it is known that the tourist attraction of Maima Hot Water Waterfall has a very natural natural fabric, which is uniquely found everywhere, namely waterfalls but has hot water, but lacks even the absence of tourist facilities and access towards an unfavorable location such as a hollow road, slippery and lack of directions are still obstacles, and promotion issues are not maximized and need to be addressed for the Maima Hot Water Waterfall attractions, as well as inadequate human resources and not aware of tourism
