Abstract

This research has purposes to describe the role of government of tourism to develop tourism potency of pahawang, to describe society participation in order to increase pahawang torism in pesawaran. Research method used are observation, interview, and documentation. Sample of this research are society around pahawang island and tourism section of government. In terms of developing tourism objects in pahawang island, the goverment has played a role. Promotion is done by utilizing social media.
