Abstract
Bekti Purnama, 2019. Factors Related to Housekeeping Performance to Increase Room Sales at Grand Quality Hotels Yogyakarta. Improved quality of service is very important in doing any of these hotels, considering the hotel is a business entity engaged in providing services necessary facilities for traveling people who managed commercial for profit, and therefore to increase the number of residential rooms need to increase the quality of service. And minimizecomplaint from hotel guests. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which describes a good service system to support increased visitors. Externalrelatively new hotels Yogyakarta hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region. And to entice tourists to want to visit then the quality of service needed to be implemented such as being friendly to a guest-hearted, courteous, generous smile and others who make hotel guests feel at case and willing to stay back to someday.
