Abstract

Tourism has an important role in economic development in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially in Peliatan Tourism Village. Bali has interesting tourist attractions, which is Peliatan Tourism Village. The potential of Peliatan Tourism Village tourism is very good to increase tourist visits in Bali. But various kinds of obstacles faced in the development of Peliatan Tourism Village, ranging from tourism tourist themselves to the government. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews, documentations and questionnaires as supporting data. The data collected also comes from various sources, such as: the government, the surrounding community, and visitors. From this study resulted in several things that are key to the development of Gunung Ijo nature tourism to increase tourist visits in Peliatan Tourism Village, revive community resources around tourism objects in order to create a permanent organizational structure. This is intended so that the government will also help develop Peliatan Tourism Village
