Abstract

The development of Rawa Indah Almour tourism object is an important thing that must be done by the manager to improve the economy of the local community. One strategy for the development of Almour Beautiful Swamp tourism object is by collecting data through various data collection techniques, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. To analyze the data, that is by using SWOT matrix analysis. In the development of tourism objects, namely improving the overall tourist facilities and attractions and holding cooperation with parties.
