Abstract

Batik is a typical Indonesian cloth, each of which has its own characteristics in its motives. Most people are more familiar with batik originating from the areas of Solo, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Pekalongan and so on. But in the capital itself also has a typical batik called Betawi Batik. Betawi Batik is one of the cloth crafts originating from Betawi. The Betawi Batik motif has a characteristic that is taken based on the life of the Betawi Culture, such as the ondel-ondel motif, the Pancoran statue, monas, abang-none or anything else related to art found ini the Betawi tribe.
