Abstract

Slemanl is one of the districts that have tourism potential with various tourist attractions. Berbah is not lost in tourism potential with other areas.. This study aims to determine the role of society in the management, identifying strengths and weaknesses in the development and introduce the natural tourist attraction to tourists. Based on the results of the research, the government always distributes the latest information about the Abang Temple and is included in the promotion books and the government's role for the development is maximal in the development This research uses qualitative descriptive and SWOT analysis. focuses on developing the Abang Temple tourist destination as a new destination in Sleman. The results of this study are necessary to improve promotion, improve the quality of human resources. Managers are more innovative to publish tourist attractions and develop facilities that are not yet feasible for tourists.
