Abstract

The development of the tourism in many years get a significant improvements. Take a look on how the existence of unique tourism object that visited by tourist. The unique object that being a physique environment or artificial. If in the city is so many of tourism vechiles building with technology usage typicalin the vechiles. In the rural area also be a tourism object that offering the nature environtment that still natural. The author use a qualitative research method that used to the natural object condition (the opposite is experiment) where the researcher is be a core instrument, data collection method is by the triangulation (combined), inductive data analysis. The result of the qualitative research more focusing on the meaning of generalization. Sugiyono (2014:1) Kemit Forest Education use the community based tourism management, means that the local society fully acts as a manager, implementer, supervisor and also evaluator in developing Kemit Forest Education in Cilacap , Karanggedang village. This concept would never run well without the harmony between the government and the private sector (investor) so that called stake holder in managing tourism concept use the community besed tourism is society, government and private sector.
