Abstract

Laguna Samudra Beach tourism object is a natural tourist attraction on the Cross West Sumatra Road, Krui Bintuhan Section, Merpas Village, Nasal District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province. The author conducted a study with interview methods and filling out questionnaires to visitors, the public, managers and the government in an effort to increase tourist visits on Laguna Samudra Beach This study uses qualitative research methods, the results of observations show that efforts to manage tourism on Laguna Beach are still inadequate. Proven facilities and access are still lacking, the quality of Human Resources is low, the organizational structure does not yet exist Laguna Samudra Beach needs to increase the development of tourism objects in order to become a reliable tourism destination and create an increase in the development of facilities around tourism objects that are maximally especially the quality of Human Resources in serving tourists.
