Abstract

Cyber Vilage is a village that has tourism potential with its community base and existing technology, This village is managed by local people who have a high commitment to develop. This research discusses about management of cyber villages as a cultural attraction of community-based tourism and technology, which contains the strategy of developing this cyber village in order to remain able to compete on the paradigm of development of tourism today. this research use qualitative descriptive data method collected by using interview technique, observation technique, triangulation technique, and data obtained processed using SWOT analysis. for sampling taken from managers, community, and visitors. Community-based tourism is a new paradigm of tourism development that is very good and can side with tehadap local community. with the concept of community-based tourism eating the social, cultural, economic, and physical sectors of society will be better, because the community becomes the owner of the tourist attraction
