Abstract

This study aims to be able to know the management efforts of Coban waterfall Rainbow. This study uses qualitative methods whit descriptive approach, this study was taken from local communities around the waterfall. Data collection by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Coban Rainbow meets the criteria due to tourism development is supported by a basic component of the basic needs of the development of tourism, form a waterfall and tourist village customs, access to visit tourist sites, the existence of the infrastructure that allows tourists to stay longer, and the hospitality of the local population. The management of tourism needs to put forward a potential Rainbow Coban local economic and social community in order to be supported and positively impact for the economy around.
