Abstract

The Heritage Palace Museum is a historic tourist destination in Sukoharjo Regency which was once a former building from a revitalized sugar factory. The Heritage Palace Museum is managed by PT. Gendis Mas Santosa Abadhi, apart from the unique building concept, The Heritage Palace Museum has other tourist attractions that should be developed such as antique car exhibitions and 3D Art paintings. This study uses qualitative methods with SWOT analysis techniques in order to determine strategies that can be developed to attract tourists to visit The Heritage Palace Museum.
