Abstract

Batu Slayur Takenuda is the only tourist attraction in the city of Batu with the concept of camping and educational tours with Japanese nuances. The aim of this study is to identify the development of tourist objects in the city of Batu in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with SWOT analysis techniques. In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole country, it has had a negative impact on all fronts. One of them is the tourism sector which has suffered the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The intensifying tourism development had come to a halt last year. Earlier this year, tourism development started to intensify again in an attempt to stabilize the situation. Batu Slayur Takenuda is one of the tourist objects of the city of Batu which begins to redevelop its tourist potential which has stopped.
