Abstract

Indonesia has an island that has many ethnic groups and many cultures so that it becomes a tourist attraction because of its natural potential and it can be further developed. Central Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia that is not spared from its tour, there are many tours in Central Java, such as Batu City, which of course has been recognized by many people or tourists. Dagean Tourism Village has great potential to be preserved because its main center is culinary delights from Boyolali's special food, namely Milk Tofu. Many tourists who come because they are curious and even want to try this one culinary, this proves that the typical Boyolali food tofu is able to attract visitors to come and taste and even bring home as souvenirs typical of Dagean Tourism Village, Boyolali, Central Java. Indonesia has many interesting tours, the food or culinary delights are of course one of the unique uniqueness that is interesting for visitors to taste. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interview observations. The data used are observation, interview documentation and documentation and observation. Data processing techniques, data presentation, verification and triangulation. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis.
