Abstract
Human resources are one of the important assets of the organization. Human resources willsupport a variety of high-performance operational organization, which in turn will facilitate the organization to achieve its objectives. Commitment to the organization is the level of identification and engagement of individuals in an organization. The results showed that affective commitment, continuance commit ment, and normative commitment have an influence on the performance of employees simultaneously. The partial, only affective commitment, and continuance commitment which has positive and significant effect on performance, while normative commitment does not affect the performance of the employee.
