Abstract
Lusi Island one of the new destinations in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. However, with the Covid-19 pandemic, the destination has experienced a decrease in the number of tourists from usual or from before the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite experiencing a decrease in the number of tourists, the managers of these destinations continue to develop destinations with the aim that these destinations will still be visited by tourists in the new normal era or adapting new habits when traveling. The form of development carried out is to increase the number of facilities in it to conduct training for human resources who want to manage this destination. In the business sector or management of this destination, it is managed by the BUMDES (Village Owned Enterprise) and also the local POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group). Even though they have carried out several developments, this destination still requires several supporting facilities for tourists who want to visit Lusi Island. However, with limited costs or funds, the addition process still tends to be slow. Therefore, coordination is needed from all parties engaged in this sector.
