Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction at Taman Indonesia Kaya Semarang. And to determine the variables that most influence on tourist satisfaction in this study, the authors used a questionnaire and interview methods. The questionnaires were divided by 100 respondents and interviews with the managers of Taman Indonesia Kaya Semarang. And by using data collection techniques with direct field surveys. The variables of this study include the dimensions of service quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and direct evidence as independent variables.
