The government as the facilitator and open minded society toward ideas and suggestions are needed in the development of an object. The government as a referral facilitator is needed in the development of tourism object. The human resource development is also needed to create a strong and stable management institution that can manage Cikaso Waterfall very well. The role of government is needed for the Community so they have bosses who are always ready to help solve problems that will arise in the future. human resource development is needed to create a strong and stable management institution so as to be able to manage Cikaso waterfall well.
