Abstract

BakauLabunaji is the new tourism object in Belitung that has outdoor and green concept which from Mangrove.BakauLabunaji has strategic location that located in Tanjung Tinggi Village where it’s about 100 meters from Tanjung Tinggi beach which is one of tourism icon in Belitung island, and it’s about 33 KM from Tanjungpandan which is the town of Belitung regency. Doing this research that using qualitative method and data collection techniques such as observation, interview, and documentation, and using SWOT analysis will minimizing the weakness and threats that’s exist in tourism object such as marketing system, facilities, etc. And create The development strategic of tourism object of BakauLabunaji as ecotourism-based tourism object. The visitors who come in BakauLabunaji is more dominated by the young peole who comefrom Belitung. The role of government in development of Bakau Labunaji run well, Then the role of people is running well,so make Bakau Labunaji as the safety and enjoyable to visited, cause the people have good hospitality.
