Abstract

One of the most culinary which must to visit in Yogyakarta is Wedang Uwuh which located in the funeral of the King of Mataram at Imogiri. Methode of this research use qualitative methods, data analysis by SWOT, data collection technique such as observation, interview, questioner, and documentation. This research has purpose to get know about conservation strategy for culinary tourism to survive in the tourism world. Wedang Uwuh conservation can be done by maintaining the authenticity and quality of products, regulation and management of Wedang Uwuh Tourism Attractions.
