Abstract
DIY province is one of the tourist city that has many tourists attractions . One of these was attracion Teddy Bear World. It takes strategy from the manager, especially on marketing, marketing for this tourist attraction more attractive and is more interesting and sought after by the public. Type of research used in this research is descriptive by using qualitative approach. Technique of collecting data in this research with observation (observation), interview, and documentation. The results showed that the development of attractions, especially on attractions special interest Teddy Bear World conducted by private parties have made efforts to develop the object of tourism Teddy Bear World. One of the efforts undertaken by the management is to maximize the development of Teddy Bear World which is used as special interest or photo tour with strategy such as expanding cooperation, social media promotion and making event packages. In general, the results showed that the management of Teddy Bear World has maximized possible efforts to develop the Teddy Bear World tourist attraction.
