Abstract

Purworejo is a regency in the southern part of Central Java. Its capital is Purworejo. There are some famous tourist attractions in Purworejo regency especially marine tourism, such as Ketawang beach, Jatimalang beach, Jetis beach and others. Jetis beach is also often known umbrella beach is located in Patutrejo, Grabag, Purworejo is one of the crowded beaches visited by tourists. People has very important role because Jetis Beach managed by people through Pokdarwis, while the goverment has less important role in the development of this beach and only giving support and coaching. Pokdarwis develops this Jetis Beach by trying to build and facilitate tourists even with minimal founding
