Abstract

Cilacap Regency is located in the southwest of the province of Central Java. There are some famous tourist attractions in Cilacap regency especially marine tourism such as Teluk Penyu Beachs, Kamulyan Beach, Widarapayung Beach and others. The Widarapayung beach is located in Widarapayung Binangun ,Cilacap is one of the crowded beaches visited by tourists. People has a very important role because the beach managed by people through Pokdarwis. While the Government is active in the development of the beach Widarapayung by making the regulation, tourism facilities, and educating pokdarwis. Pokdarwis developing Widarapayung Beach voluntarily to build tourism facilities even with minimal founding.
