Abstract

The development of the world of tourism has undergone various changes in both the changing patterns, the shape and nature of the activities, and the encouragement of people to travel, the way of thinking, as well as the nature of development itself . Research with a qualitative approach emphasizes its analysis on the deductive and inductive deductive processes and on the analysis of the dynamics of observed interconnected relationships, using scientific logic. The results of data analysis author of government and community efforts in developing Awang Beach as a marine tourism attraction and tourism potential in Central Lombok is very much good that cultural tourism, historical tours, natural attractions and religious tourism of the results that Awang Beach is a beach that the most unique of the existing beaches in Central Lombok with its complete facilities, excellent accessibility as well as the ferry ports and cultural events held annually.
