Abstract

Literary culture has the most important role in the provision of historical evidence against kingdom in Indonesia. For the heritage of Mataram islam kingdom is Sastra Gending book that is still used java script. Society around the kingdom is not using Javanese script, but Javanese script is still taught in school as a form of preservation of Javanese script. The role of government in the preservation script is to patent Javanese script in UNESCO in cultural heritage in indonesia
