Abstract

Strategic development of Tanjung Bira Beach by organizing cultural events in Tanjung Bira Beach area as well as Socialization or Community Development, Increasing Tourist Attraction, Completing Public Facilities, Area Arrangement, Providing Land or Location as the leading tourist attraction data in South Sulawesi. The role of government has been instrumental in developing Tanjung Bira Beach as a leading tourist attraction in Bulukumba as well as increasing tourist visits. The role of the community in supporting the development, management and maintenance of Tanjung Bira Beach has begun to be aware of tourism and friendly to tourists. This research uses qualitative research method is a research method based on positive post philosophy, is used to examine the natural object condition where the researcher is as a key instrument, source sampling and data are done purposively and snowball. The analysis used is swot analysis and swot matrix, internal and external environment factor in research.
