Abstract

West Nusa Tenggara, Lombok has many attractions such as beaches, waterfalls, and mountains, one of which is the Islamic Center located in the city of Mataram. which researchers do in research development of the Islamic Center as a Halal tourist icon in Lombok, in because the majority of people in West Nusa Tenggara are Muslim, and Lombok Island itself is famous as Pulau Seribu Mosque. In this article, researchers use qualitative methods related to the Islamic Center, in collecting data conducted by observation, interview, quisioner, and literature study. The data has been obtained then the author analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of research that the authors get from the analysis that the development of Islamic Center West Nusa Tenggara is already running very well. Local governments always hold various activities in order to increase tourist visits, as well as people who are very concerned in maintaining and caring for the Islamic Center.
