Abstract

This Scientific Article contain is about a park that has historical values of Pancasila, what potentials are in this Taman Renungan Bung Karno, as well as the role of local governments in optimizing the potentials, by empowering communities to improve the quality of human resources, producing typical Ende souvenirs, and increasing marketing through social media and collaborating with private parties Research scientific article about this Taman Renungan Bung Karno was conducted in November-December 2017 in Ende City, Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara Province, by using qualitative research methods, and for analysis of scientific articles by using SWOT. The depelopment used in the future is to complete the facilities such as permanent toilet, garden lights, and add a mini library and also invite the community to work together to develop Taman Renungan Bung Karno as a historical tour in Ende City of Pancasila.
