Abstract
Jatisari beach is a marine tourism destination located in Jatisari Village, Sluke Sub-district, Rembang Regency of Central Java Province. It had not been well managed and developed, it needed a proper development to attract tourist visits. The research method was using interview and questionnaire to the visitors, local community, and related parties. The observation results showed that the efforts of Jatisari beach tourism management was far below the standard. There are abandonment of several facilities, lack exposure of Jatisari beach potentials, lack of publications, low quality of human resources, lack of organizational structure, and the absence of development licenses. Jatisari beach has several advantages, such as natural unique photo spots, easy access to the location. To increase tourist visits in Jatisari beach, the manager had to think about the current market demand, creating several interesting architectures, creating mythology, training the local community to make handicrafts, and conducting exhibition or festival in Jatisari beach to attract tourist visits.
