Abstract

Lamongan regency is one of the regencies in East Java covering the north coastal area of Java sea. In this article, researchers use qualitative methods related to development in the Wisata Bahari Lamongan, in collecting data conducted by observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. The data has been obtained then the author analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of research that the authors get the results of analysis that Wisata Bahari Lamongan has considerable potential. Wisata Bahari Lamongan has two aspects of tourism namely, nature tourism and artificial tourism. Wisata Bahari Lamongan needs to make the addition of public transport units, making it easier for tourists outside the region and tourists who do not have private vehicles. Wisata Bahari Lamongan in District Paciran create new business opportunities for the community, such as opening cafes, restaurants, parking lots, selling souvenirs and selling traditional food. The relationship to the community is very close, it can be seen from Wisata Bahari Lamongan which prioritizes the local community as an employee.
