Abstract

Tourism as a phenomenon that consists of various aspects will affect these aspects including culture which is one of the aspects of tourism. From the data obtained that the Tanjungsari Traditional Ceremony become of the cultural heritage that has a history and procedures that are typical and the power culture attraction. The role of Government and the role of society also dominate in the preservation of Tanjungsari Traditional Ceremony. The role of the Government in preserving the Tanjungsari Traditional Ceremony include participate in the Tanjungsri Traditional Ceremony and participate in playing in the puppet performances and involving its society every RW in the ceremony for three days and three nights. The role of a very active societyin the preservation of the Tanjunggsari Traditional ceremony marked from the children to parents participate in enliven dance perfomances dance in the evening and the most dominant society in accountability smooth the implementation of Tanjungsari Traditional Ceremony.
