Abstract

One of the provinces in Indonesia that has a potential tourist attraction is DKI Jakarta that can be visited by tourists, among others, Istiqlal Mosque, National Museum of Indonesia, Taman Suropati, Taman Prasasti Museum, National Gallery of Indonesia, Situ Lembang Park, Welcome Monument, Museum of Youth Pledges, Proclamation Monument, and National Monument. Potential possessed by National Monument is a landmark of Jakarta, which is famous inside and outside the country, is a green open space with a beautiful garden as public recreation and has a very wide market share. Keywords: Lombok, Kebun Raya, Education, Development, priority scale. In this article, researchers use qualitative methods related to management at National Monument, in data collection conducted by observation, interview, quisioner, and literature study. The data has been obtained then the author analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of research that the authors get from the analysis that the lack of human resources in the National Monument. But facilities, attractions, and accessibility are already very adequate. The Government assists in promoting and financing all the needs of National Monument
