Abstract

Yogyakarta is a city rich in culture, not only rich in culture but also rich in tourist attractions so it becomes one of the most popular cities by tourists. In this article, researchers use qualitative methods related to development in the Museum Sandi, in collecting data conducted by observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. The data has been obtained then the author analyzed using SWOT analysis. From the results of research that the authors get the analysis that accessibility of Museum Sandi not in accordance with expectations expected as a tourist destination for people with disability. The efforts of the Office of Education and Culture in developing the Museum of Sandi are done by cooperating with all stakeholders, in this case the general public, schools and Lembaga Sandi Negara, various mass media. In addition, the Department of Education and Culture as the person in charge of Museum Sandi try to always improve the museum facilities, especially for people with disability and always held a program involving the public and schools
