Abstract

Gedad Waterfall or often called ATG by the surrounding community, is one of the new tours in Hamlet Gedad Banyusoco Playen, Gunungkidul. The waterfall tour was opened by Karang Taruna Dusun Gedad in December 2016. Although counted new, but visitors Gedad Waterfall continues to arrive every day. This waterfall is located in the hamlet of gedad, banyusoco, playen, gunungkidul Yogyakarta. a unique waterfall with a cliff that forms a pillow makes its own charm. he authors used descriptive qualitative methods using questionnaires using 75 respondents. and the results of analysis using SWOT analysis. The result of analysis to produce the appropriate strategy for the waterfall manager gedad is the manager should be pro-active in maintaining the waterfall gedad itself, and for the landowner must be made a land clearance agreement agreement to the tourism office in Gunungkidul
