Abstract

Indonesia has a vast territory and it contained the potential for tourism development. armed with a panorama of nature and the cultural diversity that is owned, then the State of Indonesia is one of the Countries which became a tourist destination. Grogol Tourism Village is a long standing Tourism Village, with good management, from government, industry and society, to support sustainable tourism. The research method used is Qualitative method with SWOT analysis Based on the formulation of the problem that the role of the Government is to Provide assistance in the form of funds, statues; as the icon of Grogol Tourism Village, and the Government held Various Training For Local Guide. While the community’s effort is the Community participate in the management and Development of the Grogol Tourism Village.
