Abstract

The background of this research is, there is Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh in Pati Regency, Central Java whereby in 2013 this tourism object was nominate into the 10 of Potential Tourism Object in Pati Regency. However, in the management of Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh is decreasing of quality and number of visitors. This is because there is no good coordination between the parties concerned. This research use qualitative method. The collection techniques of data used are observation, interview, documentation and quisioner as supporting data. The collected data is from several sources, such as : Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh Management, the concerned Goverment and the local people nearby Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh. This research is results some of effort that can be done to develop Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh to become an leading destination in Pati Regency. Which is on that efforts are need a good coorporation and good support from the parties that concerned. Such as, Dept of Forestry as Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh’s manager must coordinate with the Goverment and invertors in the management and development of Edu Agroforestry Resort Regaloh.
