Abstract

Ecotourism Tlatar Water Park is a tourism company that is very concerned with the ecosystem conservation of the surrounding Natural Environment. Boyolali, Umbul Tlatar has the potential of natural resources is very abundant. The flow that comes from the Water Umbul Tlatar eyes is well managed by the Ecotourism Tlatar Water Park by using Ecological Management as a multiplayer effect management system. Various development efforts are made to enhance the company's reputation and existence. Efforts made to nature conservation activities, recreational activities, service quality improvement. Ecotourism Tlatar Water Park also has many efforts to develop the program of environmental conservation which is done together with the government and the surrounding community. Thus, nature will continue to be preserved as long as ecological management continues to play a role in the methodology used by the authors is descriptive qualitative and data analysis techniques used are SWOT analysis. Hopefully this research can help the government grow
