Abstract

Sadeng Beach is the biggest fish producer located in Songbanyu Village, Girisubo sub-district, Gunungkidul Regency. Because Sadeng beach has a dock, it’s has big potential to develop to be superior tourism in Gunungkidul. The author use Kualitatif Deskriptif metode in this scientific articles to solve the problems by collecting data in the form of Observation, Questionnaire, Interview, and documentation, while for data processing using data reduction, display data, verivication and triangulation. From the results of the research using the method above, it is known that the the tourism development strategy for Sadeng Beach is Based from Community, or Community Based Tourism with the role of Government and Society that needs to be improved so Sadeng Beach can be The Superior Tourism in Gunungkidul. Besides that ecotourism-based develeopment is also needed in order to preserve natur in Sadeng Beach
