Abstract

Canggu Beach is located in Canggu Village, Badung Regency, Bali. This research aims to identify tourism potentials owned by Canggu Beach and find out how the management has been done in Canggu Beach. Qualitative research is a research method based on postpositivism philosophy, used to examine the condition of natural objects, (as opposed to experiments) where researchers are as key instruments, data collection techniques are done by triangulation, data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and the results of research more emphasis on the meaning of the generalization. The research of the authors, it’s found that the role of government in the management of Canggu Beach there is no participation / cooperation between government and community. Canggu Beach Management is done by pecalang / stakeholders of Canggu Village. Required strategies in the management such as cooperation between communities and government, procurement of socialization and counseling to the community to further improve the quality of human resources again, Increased promotion to increase tourist visits in Canggu Beach, and package tour packages to attract more tourists again.
