Abstract

This research aims to find out how the development of tourism in Bhumi Merapai agro tourism and how the implementation of tourism development there. Bhumi merapi agro tourism is one of the growing tourist destination located in the northern part of Yogyakarta city, Bhumi Merapi agro tourism has its own charms and uniqueness than another tourist attraction, in addition to offering beautiful nature but tourist attractions are packed with interesting and educative. Tourism development in Bhumi Merapi agro tourism is growing significantly. This agro tourism is always adding interesting rides to attract tourist who visit, and the development of tourism here can be seen from the increased of tourist who always visit. Tourismdevelopment of Community Based Tourism in Bhumi Merapi agro tourism involved surrounding community. Community are invited to participate in existing tourism activities. The community are also aware that by participating in this activity will increase the welfare of community.
