Abstract
.kerupuk Samiler are traditional snacks that are commonly found in East Java, especially in Jombang city. The snacks that made from cassava have been made since the Dutch colonial period in Indonesia. This study focuses on the development strategy so that Kerupuk Samiler are more in demand by tourist who travel in Jombang. This type of research is qualitative research, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature. Data is proccesed and analyzed using the SWOT Matrix. The results showed that tourists were interested in buying Kerupuk Samiler as souvenirs from Jombang. But the packaging of this product is not attractive and their promotion strategy is not optimal. The variety of flavors of this product is not a problem for consumers. Dinas Pariwisata Jombang has not yet had an effort to support Kerupuk Samiler as souvenirs of Jombang
