Abstract

Temanggung city is one of the cities that become tourism destinations in central java province. the city has an interesting tourism potential ranging from cultural tourism, nature tourism, and special interest tours. Sigrowong natural tourism object is a very interesting natural tourism potential in Temanggung. Tourism potential definitely need to be managed well so that all the existing potential can develop into the better and become sustainable tourism. A common problem with the Sigrowong Pine Forest is the lack of founding and maintain existing public facilities. The chosen development strategies are to improve the investment climate, maintain existing facilities, increase attraction, promote more massive, and improve coordination between government, managers and local communities.
