Abstract

This research aims to find alternative strategy development of Kertagangga Waterfall Tourism Object in North Lombok Regency. The research process begins by analyzing internal and external environmental factors using Likert scale. Next establishes strategic issues using SWOT analysis techniques. Kertagangga Waterfall attractionhas a beautiful beauty and very fascinating. The role of the government here is as the main manager in developing the tourism object of waterfall of kertagangga through funding for the construction of facilities, accessibility and involving the community in its management although not fully managed by the community. While the role of community support is also indispensable in the achievement of business development of tourism sector. Tourism Object Kertagangga Waterfall is good in maintaining security but less optimal in terms of the lack of maintaining cleanliness around the tourist attraction.
