Abstract

Lampung has a lot of tourism potential and one of them is “Dewi Mandapa Beach” tourism located in district Pesawaran Sount Lampung. This research was conducted using qualitative research specifications and produced descriptive data by conducting interviews, questionnaries, obsevation, documentation, and triangulation. This research was conducted to determine the extent of the community development efforts carried out by the people in the Dewi Mandapa Beach. The gevorment and society have a very importtant role in the effort to develop tourism in the Dewi Mandapa Beach. Now the effort made are quite good but need improvement.
